I own a 2013 Acura RDX AWD. My Samsung Galaxy SIII all of a sudden the microphone will not pick up my voice when on a call. I tried to unsync and resync numerous times. The car was in the dealer 3 days ago because when I purchased the car the sunglass holder would not stay in place it kept coming down. The car was returned to the dealer and a new sunglass holder was installed. I am aware the microphone for my bluetooth is next to this sunglass holder. Do you think it is possible the microphone could of been interfered with. I had a similar problem with not being able to pick up my voice on the microphone on my mercedes. Do you think it is the phone or the car? Anyone have any suggestions maybe a third party app that can help? I downloaded A2DP Volume in my old merecedes and it might of solved the problem but not this time around. Any suggestions?

 

In order to replace the sunglass holder assembly the microphone has to be disconnected. Since this was done three days ago I would suspect the microphone was not properly reconnected.
