Question Fuse for interior 12v power supplies

Our 2014 RDX has two "cigarette lighter" style power supplies that we use for USB: one under the radio and the second inside the compartment between the front seats. First the one under the radio went out, then my wife heard a pop when the second one failed a month later. I located and replaced a blown 15a fuse in the fuse box above the driver's feet labelled something like "CIR OUT AC". That brought the one inside the compartment back to life but the one under the radio is still dead. Is that on a separate fuse somewhere?

I am not sure if your 2014 is wired the same as my 2017 Advance, but the wiring diagram for my 2017 Advance shows the "Front Accessory Power Socket" is powered from Fuse #27 (20 Amps). My car's "Console
Accessory Power Socket is protected by fuse #12 (also 20 amps).

Perhaps your 12V-to-USB converter may be presenting an overdraw of current? I'd replace that converter before I'd do repeated fuse replacements.
