Same deal at Tire Rack, with alloy wheels (Andros N3), = $1417 to include Road Force balance and hazard warranty. Michelin rebate ended 9/27 so not sure how that works.

yes in Canada Oct 5th to Dec 15th

Interesting - while I likely will go with the Nokians, I've run xIce's in the past with success, so if the price was right with the rebate, I might go that direction - will have to see if it pops up in the states before I pull the trigger.....
