Be wary of the Bernardi OEM E-store
I have had two experiences with this parts group. On the first, everything (floor mats, cargo covering, front seat protectors) arrived in good condition, but the front seat protectors were nothing more than a thin towel with a hemmed edge and a cutout for the headrest. The one on the driver side quickly tore apart. On the second experience, I have ordered a sunshade which was delivered with the stitching broken and unraveling on one end. I let Bernardi know within the hour of opening the packaging (which was not damaged, so the shade was placed in the packaging apparently already damaged). I was told I would be emailed a return mailing label which I have yet to receive despite three calls. Each time I get a different excuse: "we were short-handed", "the manager is out".

Hmm - I've bought from them many times with no issues. The only "issue" was when I ordered 2 speakers for my TL, they came in two different boxes. The new issue I have now is that they are out of stock on axles, but that seems to be a nationwide backorder, not a Bernardi specific issue...

If you don't like the quality of the Acura seat protectors then that isn't Bernardi's fault.

I won't deal with them base on the same type of situation. They promised to send a return label for weeks they kept saying "..we are printing your return label & authorization and you will have it shortly". Shortly never came, no matter how many emails & calls.
