Are you doing these things yourself or having a dealer do them?
A: Oil change - easy and straightforward. A necessary maintenance item.
1: Tire rotation, check pressure, visual inspection - if you have a tread depth gauge (a couple dollars off amazon), you can track which tires wear faster (if any), and confirm if you even need to rotate them at this time. A dealer usually does this for free if you're getting your oil changed anyways.
2. Engine air filter, cabin air filter, inspect drive belt - Both filters are easy to DIY and you can buy them cheap offline. Wouldn't expect the drive belt to be worn or cracked at that mileage but a quick visual inspection could confirm that. I personally wouldn't have the dealer do this, as they will upcharge you.
3. Replace transmission fluid and transfer case fluid (transfer case if AWD). - This is also necessary. Assuming the vehicle has gone 25k on the original fluid, I am unsure what the state of that fluid would look like. At the very least, I would do a drain and fill (3-4 quarts are needed). However, depending on the state of the fluid, you may need to do a 3x3 fluid change (drain and fill ~3 quarts, 3 times), requiring about 10 quarts of fluid total. Cost around me is typically $10 per quart for Honda DW1-ATF. If you buy acura branded fluid, it will cost more for the same exact fluid, so swing by a Honda dealer and see how much you can get their ATF for. If you're doing this yourself, it'll be easy to see the state of the fluid at your first drain. Otherwise, you're kind of at the mercy of the dealer and whether they recommend anything beyond a single drain and fill.
As for the transfer case, I just used Valvoline 75w-90 full synthetic gear oil. OEM spec fluid is 75w-85 if I recall correctly (and it is very expensive), the slight difference in spec is not going to affect anything on the car - we're not going rock climbing (I hope lol). Also pretty easy to DIY, especially if you buy the flexible pouch to easily reach the fill hole. https://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/...B&gclsrc=aw.ds
Sorry for the long ass response, but to answer your question, I would replace all suggested fluids at this point. Whether you do that yourself or have someone else do it is up to you. If you have more than one Acura dealer nearby, ask them to quote you for the suggested services and weigh your costs against eachother.
