Part of the answer may depend on why are you changing the serpentine belt in the first place. Are you replacing the timing belt? If so, it makes sense to replace the water pump and potentially some of the tensioners at the same time.
I am having a new timing belt (complete kit, belt, water pump, tensioner, etc) replaced. The serpentine belt is removed during this process so may as well replace it too but would like to know if there are any pulley or tensioner items that are part of the serpentine belt system.

I do not ever remember anyone mentioning pulleys or tensioners for the serpentine belt having been or need to be replaced but I suppose it’s possible if you are hearing any noises. As far as I remember the timing belt tensioner itself has been a recommendation to be changed, not for the serpentine belt.
When I had the timing belt and water pump done on my wife’s 2G RDX early last year the Honda mechanic I used (works at a Honda dealer but does work in the side) said if it ain’t broke then don’t fix it. Meaning there was no need to proactively replace the timing belt tensioner if it wasn’t making any noise. So I would assume the same applies to the serpentine belt. And yes, I had the serpentine belt changed at the same time along with new plugs and valve adjustment.

OEM appears unavailable at $206.40?
.If you want to replace it 'while you are there' then a new aftermarket one (of your choosing) can be had at RockAuto for a substantial $$ savings below.
