Sensor by fog light (2016-18)

I don't have fog lights, so no such hole, but I would guess that it is either for an auto-dimming sensor if your car has that technology for the headlights, or more likely for the ambient temperature sensor--the location for that is about what I would expect.

I would speculate that it is a parking sensor. Only standard on advance models. Called Elite in Canada?
I think that the ambient light and forward collision sensors are behind the mirror.

You'll need number 9 and number 11 also.
