The prototype fog light is so much nicer.

The production ones is more generic.

Is there way to get the prototype style fog light?

 

That would be cool, but I think you would have a better chance of getting the prototype red. Both of which are unlikely.

It is not a fog light. It is just an accent light.

 

That was a very cool aspect of the prototype, as were the mirror mounted signal LEDs and the wheels. I agree, those lights were merely a stylistic feature and really served no purpose as far as illuminating the road is concerned. It would be kinda neat to have something like the prototype light as an accent light along with the true LED foglight. I was looking into seeing if it was something I could mod, but that would involve replacing the entire housing, so it's doubtful I'll try.

 

This fog light is not bad....

 

I love the concept car. Wish we could get those wheels, the clear corner headlights (waiting on aftermarket for this) and I like the concept's chrome lined air dams. The production version's single chrome strips look like an afterthought in comparison.
