Scratched Window Trim

I was cleaning the window trim of my 2014 Acura RDX and accidentally scratched it the plastic, is there anyway to get rid of them?

sandpaper? Meguiar's PlastiX? Plastidip the whole thing? Vinyl wrap it? replace it.

How much would it be to replace it? I'm pretty sure it's plastic, if it's another material, let me know.
