Wondering if a dealer source can chime in on this. The eStore accessories from Honda just came out. The Base RDX is still listed with the old remote start system (v2). The Tech RDX only lists the new remote start system (v3), but the accessory installation instructions only list v2 for the RDX. Which is accurate?

For those in the know, v2 is the separate remote. v3 is an integrated remote with unlock/lock and remote start. The range is also much better on v3

 

Definitely you should opt for the new V3 remote. My current remote looks really plasticky and worn out with missing chrome at several points.

 

This is a glitch in the Acura accessories system, all 2016's have the new larger key fobs and option of the new integrated remote start system. The old secondary remote system is gone with the 2015's as the last use.
