Pressure switches

Everyone want to replace the pressure switch is on my RTX 2015 base AWD. I’ve done frequent floor changes since I’ve owned the car and it has about 100 K on it now. It’s just noticeably but not rough. Take me to swap out the pressure switch is just as preventative maintenance. Can someone help me with exactly what I need as far as part numbers and how many. That would be greatly appreciated!

If you start the engine and the oil pressure watering can light goes out after 1-2 seconds, or at the first start after the oil change goes out after 2-4 seconds, then the pressure switch works fine and does not require replacement.

B8CA(FWD) and B8BA(AWD) transmissions have 6 pressure switches, which one are you interested in?

GAH I just replaced a 3rd gear switch. I should have known that they all looked suspiciously similar and that there were more to replace.... Guess it's time to buy the other 5 lol. Guess I can't complain too much considering it only took 15 minutes.

I am curious how much is the switch and if you had to drain trans-fluid. The dealer just replaced this very switch in my 2016 RDX, under warranty. If paid, it would be $336 for labor and $89 for switch.

Christ almighty! The OEM switch was like $60 off Amazon. You can do this job yourself with a screwdriver and an adjustable wrench (for the 3rd gear switch at least, you might need the 22mm deep socket for other pressure switches if there isn't enough clearance). It's stupid easy. A little drop of fluid came out but that's it. Like I said, 15. Minutes, just moving the battery and airbox out of the way.
