Cool plastic panel below engine

hi
In the process of determining the cause(s) of the noises that I have been experiencing with my RDX, I was checking the vehicle from underneath and found the plastic panel below the engine very loose (can be moved up and down a lot to the point that if I press a bit hard it touches the engine) with at least a couple of plastic clips very loose

I was surprised at the design of this which I find very strange, unless I am missing one of the panels. basically mine opens to the direction of the passenger side having all the clips in the driver side

can anybody clarify me on this?

thanks a lot

I always do it in one of the dealerships of my city (Esserman accura). I am planning to move to another dealer next time (still 60% left of oil) and let them know about these issues [unless I fix it myself before]
