Parking sensor 'beep' volume?

Is there an option to adjust the parking sensor warning volume? I find it a tad quiet.

I suspect there - just like the Acura accessory sensors, but it isn't software based. On the accessory ones the volume is adjusted on the module itself, so it is a trip to the dealer.

See the last page of the installation instructions

Thanks for this! Will check with my dealer, not sure I want to pull apart the panels to find the control units.

You don't want to do this at all. It may be in a different location and may not even have a volume control.

Just go to the dealer and tell them that the volume is too low.

Anyone found a solution? I couldn't find anything in the settings menu for this. The sensors are way too quiet with music at a modest volume of 5 even.

Did you read the thread? It looks like you have to adjust the volume on the control module. No adjustments available from the drivers seat.

Of course I read it. The responses were just not that definitive. The document posted is for back-up sensors on a TSX. I was asking if there was new information that someone might know for the RDX specifically.

I don't see any suggestion our RDX is different from what is used in the TSX. Very likely the exact same system and adjustment method.
