Little know features.
It's magic! I also noticed this and am pleasantly surprised that I can still unlock in the winter. Between this and using Siri, I won't take my gloves off at all!
You guys already covered my fav features: mirror tilt down in reverse, wiper in reverse, hill holder, and 3 blink lane change.
I also like that you can listen to iphone visual voicemail in the car. Sadly I can't do that in my TSX tech.
The three-blink lane-change signal has been on each vehicle we've owned since 2001.(mostly Volvo) It really surprises me when I drive a vehicle without it. Had the two-tilt-down mirrors on the RX, but not on the Volvos. Interesting what we get used to.
I'd say the RDX has the best operating liftgate of any we've owned. The manual option is smooth and easy, while the auto option is available from three sources. Our Lexus was not as happy in manual mode, but pretty nice in 'remote'.

I test drove a 2013 RDX as a loaner while my older Acura was in the shop. It was nice to have it for a whole day and a half to really drive it around and give it a test fit in the garage.
Both the loaner and the RDX I bought had the center-rear shoulder harness dangling from the back. There's actually two slots in the ceiling to slide the metal hasps into so that the strap doesn't just dangle from the ceiling.
I don't think that this is little known, particular, but I also thought that the ability to change the wallpaper on the Tech was a wonky little feature that I enjoy. It took me a little bit to discover the right aspect ratios (1680x936 according to the manual, but I've seen that 1680x1000 works better).
Lastly, I was disappointed that you could no longer enter addresses with the control knob while the RDX was in motion. When I first tried to enter an address with voice, it was in Spell mode for the city and street. Impossible to do via voice. But, I accidentally found Name mode (or something like that), and find it to be as fast or faster than the old method using the knob. Half a step back, but a full step forward I guess.
I'll probably find some more things I like. This is only my first week.
