Dealer called and said my 2016 RDX advance package in basque red Pearl arrived yesterday! I will go check it out tonight to kick the tires but can't sign for it until Monday when wife is back from her trip. This will be a long weekend

TOTALLY! This looks awesome, I wish Acura would use a brighter red though. They are becoming buick with dead old people colors. But on the bright side, this is going to be rare in the future and likely to sell better than the trillion black or white ones.

 

We like it because same color as our accord

 

My 2010 RDX is white; but the 2016 that I picked up is blue. It is real sharp looking.

 

Good call, I seen a 2016 in dark blue and WOW, it was stunning.

 

I think the red looks slick too, pretty close color to our Honda Element.

But agreed, Acura has become the Buick of Japanese cars though.

 

They need to introduce more colors that POP. I am not talking about clown car colors, but they are MUCH more likely to attract younger buyers that way. Kinda sad too, Acura was the BMW or Audi of Japanese cars.....too bad.

 

LOL awesome color its actually not to bad, in my opinion this color is for older people. If it was a bright red then it would look even better!
I dont get why Acura didn't use the same red as the TLX prototype -_-

 

Hmm I don't know if a brighter red RDX would look good. I think med red looks just fine.

I think Acura's colors choices are just following the current trends.

I agree, maybe not bright tomato red, but just more red than this. Look to the lexus nx and lincoln mkc for examples of colors I would like to see on the RDX. This color is still REALLY nice, don't get me wrong, I just like brighter colors.

Well picked her up today. Holy crap there is a lot to learn on this advance package! Also really glad I got the all weather floor mats as they sure look like they will do the job. Also,happy with cargo tray and cargo cover.

 

Congrats! I am still waiting for my 16 Adv AWD Graphite/Greystone to hit the ground. On order nearly 4 weeks.
