^^ I don't have the Galaxy but with a BB its super easy, once your phone is paired and the "bluetooth" is enabled on the phone, playing the audio files should automatically stream (provided that you press the aux button until you select bluetooth instead of aux or USB)

Like Weather said. I have an iPhone5, once paired, pressing Aux repeatedly until Bluetooth audio comes up, will launch the BT stream.

My Moto Droid max hd works the same way. However, I put pandora on my phone yesterday and so far it does not show...any tricks to that issue?

And if you use it through the USB cable you get a full list of the songs, artists etc just like your hard drive, at least on the tech package and as a bonus you charge your phone at the same time.

I have used BT Audio only to try it out, and like its operation. I have a 64gb iTouch plugged into the USB port as dedicated hardware. I really like this operation as it displays album art and the upcoming songs cued to play in shuffle and linear mode.

You say "dedicated"; so it's always plugged in? Does it automatically charge from the USB connector? I've got a 2006 TL with the USA Spec iPod adapter, and a 16GB Nano which is always there, and it charges from the USA Spec. I'm hoping the RDX does likewise.

I really wanted to just use Bluetooth streaming but that doesn't seem to do the artist/album/playlist like the iPod/iPhone does I'm assuming.

Yes, it does charge the iPod. The BTS does not show album art, nor does a USB stick with files, only the iPod.

I stopped in the local dealership and tried it with my phone's bluetooth. I could play songs but the navi screen showed no information at all about the song (I can live without the cover art, but it's nice to know the artist and title). A rental Prius I had a month earlier was at least able to do that.

Is your phone an iPhone? My 5 streams BT and displays artist and song information on the RDX Tech.

Yes, the I-pod or I-phone, and I agree the album art is an added bonus that is just plain cool. I ,love the tech package.

You only get the art via the USB cable plus the detailed artists, songs and search feature along with scrolling through songs before and after just like the hard drive. With Bluetooth, it just lists the name and artist on the screen and limited searches.
