Hi Guys,
Good day hoping all is well. Looking for advise on how to drain diesel from 2017 RDX. Kid mistakenly put less than 20 litres of Diesel into the tank.

Please help.

either siphon it from the gas tank from the fuel pump hole or drop the tank and empty it.

 

I think newer cars cannot be siphoned now. Drop like detach the gas tank?

 

the fuel pump sits inside the fuel tank...if you remove the fuel pump there will be a huge hole that you could siphon from.
this would be the easier option.

the harder option would be to detach and drop the fuel tank.

 

Sounds like a job for the professionals

 

I would disconnect the quick connector from the fuel rail and pump out the diesel with the fuel pump.

 

I would tow to a pro.

No doubt he was probably busy texting instead of thinking. Let us hope he doesn't make it to the airlines.
