Dash Cam Power Adapter

Anyone have experience (good or bad) with the Dongar Technologies Dash Cam Power Adapter that plugs into the 7 pin connector on the rear view mirror?

This past weekend I installed a Garmin Dash Cam Mini 2 with the 7-pin power adapter from Dongar. It was a seamless installation and everything is working great. Keep in mind, if you need “parking mode” on your dash cam then you would need to have a hardwire to the fuse panel. Otherwise, the Donger adapter is very slick and makes for a simple setup.

Here's a pic of the dash cam with Dongar 7-pin adapter. I used a small piece of velcro strap to keep the pin adapter and USB cable together. Also, recommend using a short (6 inch) right angle micro-USB for the camera.
