Hey Rocky,
Automobnile Magazine rates the four cylinder Macan 0-60mph at 6.1 seconds.

Motor trend rates the 2017 RDX six cylinder 0-60mph at 6.2 seconds.
2017 Acura RDX Reviews and Rating | Motor Trend

The Macan has a quicker steering ratio (14.3:1 vs. Acura 15.0:1) and will just plain out handle the RDX. If you were closer, we could set up a little "Stoplight Grand Prix".

Like Tom Cruise said in Risky Business.........."Porsche, there is no substitute".

This is from Porsche Canada's website for the base Porsche:PDKPower252 hp at 5,000 - 6,800 1/minAcceleration from 0 - 100 km/h6.7 s (6.5 s with Sport Chrono Package)Top track speed229 km/hFuel Consumption City in l/100 km11.6Highway in l/100 km9.3PriceMSRP $ 54,100All Technical Specs

The RDX is faster than the base Macan, and a fully loaded RDX costs $5000 less than a base Macan. Don't get me wrong, I love the Macan, was gonna buy one but the RDX offered too much value 😁

You know the specs you list above are 0-100km/hr right? That is 0-62 mph, which makes a difference.....

Was it a current gen Tuscon? What trim level? You asked about specs as well which is what I was referring too. The ride may not be top notch in a Tuscon but it isn't bad at all. I also think the 7-sp DSG in the Tuscon is superior as I find our RDX's shifting leaves a lot to be desired.

It's very hard to take rockyboy seriously as he is blinded by his fandom of the Acura brand and specifically his RDX that he is either unwilling or unable to see or consider anything else as comparable. Sad but true.

He's an 18 year old kid with an RDX that was bought for him by his mother.

There is whack job fanbois like him on just about every vehicle forum.
