I assume you have the Tech package? You will have to refer to the Navigation manual for help with the console.
EDIT: Nevermind, just read you have Base. I'm not sure where the RDS options are, unfortunately. I don't listen to radio at all.

If you still can't figure it out, take it to the dealer.
