Anyone spotted the new RDX?

Love the colour to the exterior but the deal breaker for me is the parchment interior. Same thing with the Kono Coffee. I don't know why they cannot offer all interior colours on all exterior paint colours.

I wrote a complaint to Acura for this absurd limited color combo choices and they replied they will keep my feedback in consideration. I wish I could buy a canadian model.

Same here. My wife likes the RDX in white but that parchment... I think we will eventually go to Lexus and get an NX with Saddle or black interior, despite the smaller interior and 2 cylinders missing.

I feel your pain. Kona, the midnight blue, white all look fantastic. But that parchment is just not for me. Maybe 2017....

Yes...I spotted one...in my garage! He said with a smile! Our white pearl AWD Advance came home yesterday. And, we love it...yes, a little more than the '13 AWD Tech we left at my dealer! It's a super nice refresh job. And, yes, the wheels look MUCH better up close and from 20 feet away. Are there better looking wheels out there?....yes, but, these look just fine, and will remain on this RDX.
My wife and I "think" it rides a little quieter and is somewhat smoother riding than the '13.
Lane Departure and Lane Keeping systems will be shut off unless on a trip. No need with mostly all in town or close by driving. I like the dual screens...have the same set up on my '15 Accord Cpe, EX-L V6. Yes, it takes some getting used to...but, works well and fun to use...and least we think so.
Talked to my GM about the "no shifter" in the MDX and TLX that Acura is going to. I told him I'm not a fan.....and he said, well, I've been driving one for a few months and once you get used to it..it's great....and looks like that is the direction that Acura is going to with other models. Still, I'd rather have a conventional shift lever...something to hang on to...car guy thing! Glad this RDX still has one.

My response was: "Yes, what's up indeed. I suppose you've got to be a dyed-in-the-wool Acura fan to understand and accept things such as this. You just have to accept what Acura gives you and be happy with it".

My wife - who almost never comments on the look of wheels - mentioned to me at the Acura dealer on Saturday that the wheels on the '16 RDX AWD Elite/Advance that we test drove look absolutely terrible. And she also asked why these "new" wheels for 2016 are so small (18 inch) on such a sizable fully equipped crossover vehicle? She went on to ask.. aren't most other automakers offering larger wheels now on their crossover vehicles? So what's up with Acura?

Not the whole "picture" when it comes to wheel/tire size. Going with 19's, 20's...you end up with a lower profile tire that has less tire between the road and the wheel...thus giving poorer ride quality and more chances of tire and wheel damage.
Looks, for me, don't trump safety and practicality. Also, replacement 19's and 20's in wheels and tires are much more expensive. Got to look at the WHOLE picture.
And, I've already commented with the wheels. Much better in person. But, that's subjective. Are there better looking wheels out there....sure there are. Would I spend or waste the money to replace them....NO, I would not.
Again...subjective. Just because I like them well enough....or someone else does not....that doesn't truly influence anyone. We like what we like. End of story.
And, yes, when it comes to wheels and tires....size does make a difference!

Wheels don't matter much once moving anyways, and when parked 99% won't care what they look like, the only 1% out there checking out nice wheels are thieves anyway, so why temp it with real nice wheels. Gorilla wheel locks are a must IMO, even for the stock wheels.

Very cool...congrats!
Just for "gee whiz" info!
The new '16 MDX outsold the BMW X5 and the Mercedes 350 for the 1st quarter. Almost 20,000 units sold! That's huge!
The RDX is not far from an RDX....and I think the '16 will have a great year.

Finally saw one in the flesh and the wheels are that bad at all. While they wouldn't be my first choice, I'd keep them if I bought this car.

New RDX Advance arrived in my garage this evening! Initially my dealer was looking for a graphite metallic for me, and they couldn't find one in state (they said they wouldn't charge me a fee if they transported from another in dealer in state) so I choose a black metallic with ebony interior. It is just beautiful looking. All the chrome really looks nice against the black. Window tint, door side moldings, splash guards and chrome door trim going on next week. I will post pics when it's all finished.
P.S. It drives like a whole different animal than my 2014. Definitely less tight on the road.

Congrats!! I have a white/parchment Advance. Had a '13 AWD Tech. It does ride better...just a little more compliant. Def. notice it each time I drive it. Engine is more responsive too.
Enjoy...we love ours!

Meant '15 MDX for sales #'s!!
Sorry, meant the '15 MDX and it's first 1/4 sales #'s. '16 was not quite out yet. Still, great job for Acura and the MDX!!

Wife's daily driver is a '14 MDX in graphite luster. It is my fav color with white being a close 2nd. Now that the RDX looks like a mini MDX would it seem corny of me to get graphite luster for my upcoming '16 Advance? Or should I get a white one for contrast? I just don't like the parchment interior

I went in thinking i'd get the black like my last car (RAV4), but the Graphite was nicer. I like Acura's White pearl, but the Parchment is a little too light. I'd get it dirty in a second. I didn't see it in the perforated version at the dealer, but it pprobably looks much better that way.

I don't know why you guys all assume that the parchment will get dirty so quickly. We have two young kids and are handing back our 2013 RDX tomorrow. It is 2.5 years old and the parchment looks like new, and aside from the occasional vacuum, I haven't given it any care whatsoever.
Fabian43, I'd get the graphite.
