2017 ac

Took a 2017 RDX on a 800 mile road trip this weekend. Realized 30 miles in the AC isn't working. Turned it on, put it on max and low and *slightly* cold air comes out but it still feels like it's mostly just the fan blowing and not AC. Its like 100° and everyone inside is dying so some help would be appreciated.

That's what warranties and dealer service departments are for.

I would think there would be an Acura dealer in Dallas that would be happy to help you out!

Have to much of a hectic schedule to drop off the car, get a loaner and return to dallas and go back home. New city every day lol. Oh well, only 600 more miles of driving in 100° weather.

FYI you can run a self-diagnostic of the climate control system by doing the following:
  1. Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode and then the ON mode.
  2. Press and hold the ON/OFF button, then within 10 seconds press and release the REAR
WINDOW DEFOGGER/MIRROR DEFOGGER button five times. Release the ON/OFF button.
All segments on the LCD screen will come on and then the self-diagnostic will start. If a problem is found the drivers side LCD will flash 88 or alternate between 88 and an error code. If no errors are found, the word no will flash on the LCD.

Hope this helps.
