2015 RDX Pricing Thread
Actually, I posted less than 10 days ago with the price.
Andy, the dealer gets several thousands back from Acura in "holdbacks" advertising fund, and for meeting monthly, quarter and yearly sales Quotas. The "invoice" is hipe for the public.
The dealer lives quite well. Drive by one of there houses. They could afford to discount much more and many do. But, not a Acura dealer selling a RDX... They don't have to due to the RDX's popularity and factory controlled dealer allowed allotment.
I have two family member's that are car dealers, not the one's that I want to drive though....

Yes, thanks. If I am figuring this correctly, your friend must have bought the AWD RDX Tech for about $37,650 with wheel locks before MD taxes. Very helpful info but your friend must have also been a very keen negotiator.
Frankly, the negotiation was pretty easy part. Initially, we went to another dealership and they offered their RDX for 40K even, OTD, without any negotiation. We took that price to another dealer and they agreed to drop the price to 39900. I guess it comes down to how desperate the dealer is to make the sale. It was the end of the month, so I will say if anyone is looking to buy a new car, wait till the end of the month.
That sounds about right Andy for the price, including the delivery charges and the title and registration fees. In MD, that can add roughly about 1200 dollars to the price. So the price of the RDX was about 36400.

I was told invoice on that car is $37,497. Even if the price above is before delivery cost of $895.... it would still be below invoice.
I'm wondering if your friend's car could have been a FWD RDX with Tech? Andy
Mr. RaJa, Are you talking about an AWD RDX with Tech package?

Andy >> It is an AWD with Tech Pack. I can assure you because I was with my friend throughout the process.
