2014 Acura RDX Window Trim Material/Fix
I recently purchased a used 2014 Acura RDX. The left front door, center pillar (The window trim that is behind the front driver side window) was scratched. Does anyone know what material it is made of or any way to remove the scratches without having to buy a replacement one?

The OP seems to have a butt load of problems with his recently acquired 14 RDX. Anyway I'm glad he's addicted to Acurazine now. .

Is the trim inside or outside the vehicle on the B pillar?
If inside you may break a clip or two but that's not a problem if you're replacing the piece. If its the outside piece I'd be concerned if they used some sort of adhesive in addition to the clips. But I'm sure that could be remedied with a 3M product from the auto store.

The scratches are outside the vehicle. So replacing it may be a pain. I'm pretty sure it's just plastic, but I'm not entirely sure. Are there any specific products that you would recommend?
