Just put a down payment on a 13 black/black RDX. Wife wanted something new. Hated everything else she drove except the Q5 which would have been about $10K more. She's coming from a 08 Nissan Rogue.

I drive a 08 G35x sedan. But have owned a lot of imports.

 

What did you think about the Q5 2.0T versus the 2013 RDX? Wife and I are in the market as well, and considering both cars.

 

I just bought the 2013 RDX w/ Nav. I drove both, back to back... The RDX felt smoother, bigger, and less sporty. But that's what I was looking for - the Q5 had firmer seats, firmer suspension (that felt every bump in the road), and more torque from a standstill. The Acura feels very roomy inside, I'm thrilled with the build quality and materials. The RDX has more top end power and I've been averaging about 26 mpg so far...

 

Confused here??? Are you buying one? We have them on the lot at our dealer here in Portland right now.

I just ordered a non-tech 2013 RDX in Basque Red. Dealer said non-tech cars have not yet been produced. Expects delivery in mid to late May. Fit and finish on the Silver tech model I test drove were impressive other than some odd wind noise at the top of the passenger window on the interstate - almost like the top of the window was being sucked out by the draft. I suspect it was either specific to that car or resulted from the unusual/very strong cross winds we were having. The driver side did not do it when going the other direction.
