17 RDX Dashboard Error Message Barrage!

My RDX suddenly started scrolling through the following error messages in the small window between the Speedometer and the Tach:

"Adaptive Cruise Control Problem" [ACC]
"Power Steering System (EPS) Problem" !
"Vehical Stability Assist (VSA) Problem"
"Hill Start Assist Problem"
"Lane Departure Warning Problem"

then it cycled back to the cruise control problem.

This sorta freaked me out. I was close to the dealership so I drove it in, after recording the display barrage on my phone. The dealer saw the errors, then turned off the car, turned it back on and the ACC error was still there. They kept the car overnight and the next day called and said the "camera" was bad and had to be replaced. When I picked up the car the next day, it seemed OK.

However, today, I got the ACC error again. This time, it went away after 10 or so minutes. This is going to be a royal pain as there is probably some computer going wacko and no one at the dealership will be able to find it. The car is a year and a half old (28,000 Miles), but I fear the only way to lose this problem is to trade in the car.

Anyone else ever see this? Have any ideas?

Did they check your battery? Often on these cars when the battery is failing it will trigger the cascade of error lights.

I have been experiencing issues with the safety features. Likely due to the cold and crappy weather.

Well, while they had the car they bagged me for the 30,000 check up, so I would hope they did. They didn't mention that it was bad.

It is pretty cold here now (10 degrees and less), so that could be it. But those systems should be able to handle the cold. Not sure if this is a common issue or not.
The dealer seemed to be very convinced the issue was the camera in the windshield area.

I hear you on trading in. We have a 16 Advance with 42k. The transmission has always been rough in ours and seems to be getting worse. We are considering trying to trade in for an '18 - as they should be dealing with the new model coming out- and hope we get luckier this time. This car has been a mess. I drove a base model Hyundai Tuscon yesterday as they had a deal for a $50 amazon card with a test drive. Amazing how smooth the 7-sp DCT was in comparison to the RDX's unit.

@oblio98 did you ever figure this problem out? I have a 2017 AWD RDX Advance & just had the same barrage of lights in the dash & some other stuff. I just started a thread last night "RDX gone berserk" and have had quite a few suggestions from others. I was at the dealership half the day and the camera never came up in conversation, but plenty of other suggestions, all detailed in my "berserk" post.

Well, like I said in the earlier posts (this was 2 cars ago!), the 'camera' fixed it, although I have no idea if it was the camera or not. Once the 2019 RDX came out, I leaped on that, and now have a 22 RDX.

I used to be able to work on my car and fix a lot of issues, but these days I don't ever open the hood. Cars are so computerized now you are at the mercy of what the dude with the tester unit tells you
