utter & complete tranny failure

Well at 44k miles, the tranny has utterly failed. Harsh up shifts and down shifts in auto mode. All three warning lights lit up, which are the triangle, engine and vsa. I was having 3rd gear slippage. When doing 15-30 mph, or in traffic, it would just slip and act as if it were out of gear or as if I put in a clutch and would rev then would slam into gear. That happened a few times then reverse would not in gauge, I'd give it a little throttle and it would slam into reverse. Just two weeks ago, the dealer put in the jet kit. My vin is outside the tranny class action suit. It goes to the dealer tomorrow on a flat bed. Will advise the outcome.
BTW I own a 2003 CL Type S and according to the vin lookup, it was suposed to have a new and improved tranny and this later year 2003 was not affected.
