Trans Fluid change
[all of it]
not true. draining the trans case is only part of a complete flush. torque converter ,oil cooler and other internal components will hold used fluid if not power flushed. take to the dealer for complete flushing.

Complete flush good but be careful with "power flush."

Most dealers will just use a repeated change procedure to "flush" the ATF. IOW, they will do a 2.7 Qt change and then shift it through the gears and change again. This process is repeated a few times until most of the fluid is "exchanged."
I would be rather careful about any "power flushing." If you're talking about hooking up to the cooler, band-aid fix lines, or other ways that would allow a complete exchange, there shouldn't be a problem IF the job is done WITHOUT cleaning solvents *and* without using pressure above what is provided by the transmission's ATF pump. IOW, the machine simply hooks into the external ATF lines and removes the old ATF and replaces it with new ATF
I would stay away from any machines that use HIGHER PRESSURES or CLEANING SOLVENTS to "power flush" the system.
