Should I be concerned?

In reading the stickys about the transmission recall, it lists the range of VINs that are effected by the defects.

2003 3.2CL (all models):
From VIN 19UYA42…3A000001 thru 19UYA42…3A005203

If my VIN falls just outside the range, is there anything I should be concerned about, or should be watching for signs from my tranny, or have checked out from the dealer?

So far I have had no issues, but I only have 10k miles left on the 50k warranty and am worried.

The car has had the oil jet kit installed by the dealer.

Any advise or answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Isn't your tranny cov'd till 100k? My '01 is but I don't know about the '03's?? Personally, I wouldn't worry about it till 100k. My dealer told me not every 01-03 CL has the problem anyway, only some. just my 2 cents.

Your tranny is covered. I wouldn't worry too much if I were you. I had mine replaced and it really was just an inconveinence.
