Oil jet kit - can it potentially harm the transmission?

Greetings, comrades. After a recent transmission failure on my UA4, I've been spending an unhealthy amount of time reading up on 2nd gen TL/CL transmission issues. I have a few questions, the main one concerning the "oil jet kit" which replaces the stock transmission fluid exterior return line. Yes, I am aware that this doesn't fix the 3rd gear clutch pack problems inherent to these transmissions, but I found one for cheap and decided to add it to my new gearbox for good measure. The question is - can this kit do any harm? At least a few sources say that the kit affects transmission oil flow (which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, given that it replaces what is apparently a return line, please correct me if I'm wrong). I haven't seen any explicit warnings against installing the oil jet kit, so I'm assuming it's safe to install?

My second question has to do with some of the theses from this thread - https://acurazine.com/forums/third-g...nd-gen-904044/
User "I hate cars" wrote a brilliant post on the some of the causes for transmission failure in 3rd gen TL's. For me all of this begs the question: could the issues he listed bear any sort of relevance in the context of our 2nd gen transmission woes? Do our transmissions do that weird thing when second and third gear apply at the same time during a downshift? Can new pressure switches and proper fluid help with 2nd gen gearbox longevity? After reading his post, I am keen to try driving without doing automatic 4-2 downshifts, also I've already purchased new 3rd and 4th gear pressure switches for my gearbox, and I intend to use Motul Multi ATF from now on instead of Honda DW-1. Am I on the right path? Thanks.

Hey man, I wish I could be more help to you in your quest for answers regarding this.

On the other hand, maybe you could shed some light on the new 'barefoot' craze taking over Russian metros from Moscow to Novosibirsk? Got to admit that one can't grow tired observing some of the lovely милая девушка over there.

Hey man. To be honest, I've never heard anything about that before.

Sorry, here's a little back story to clarify. I stumbled upon it on one of the RF's state sponsored 'media' outlets.

"Some passengers insist on not wearing shoes and have asked authorities to remove the related restriction. However, barefoot metro riding is forbidden, and for several very good reasons. A new craze is taking over Russian metros from Moscow to Novosibirsk, as more and more people are seen riding the trains without shoes, Russian media reports. So far, only women seem to have joined the eyebrow-raising movement. The movement, known as “barefooting,” calls for walking around the city without shoes at all times, and is said to have been spearheaded by Polina Smerch, 33, a YouTube blogger. Smerch states she walks barefoot all year, but claims that during winter, one can “only” walk barefoot for 3 hours max without health ramifications – a claim we strongly suggest not to attempt. Riding the metro barefoot is explicitly forbidden in the rules. Metro authorities cite the danger of physical injury on escalators as their primary concern."

It looks like it is just a 'Girls want to have fun' kind of thing.

It's like you're the one living in Russia, not me) honestly, this is the first time I've heard about this trend.
I'm much more into the car related stuff in Russia, like these guys for example:
