Do it meaning what? What will they upgrade?
I'm looking for
higher stall, beefed up torque converter
upgraded bearings, etc (titanium would be nice)
kevlar clutches (a MUST)
increased tension spring to quicken SS mode shifts
limited slip diff

Here are a few of the features:
- Limited Slip Differential
- Upgraded fiber clutches
- Upgraded torque converter
- Custom built upgraded internal pieces
- Valve body modifications to improve shifting
- All upgrades are COMPATIBLE with the factory ECU
- Shift firmness improved
- Shift quality improved
- Will OUTLAST the autoTRAGIC transmission Honda is using
- Expected power handling of 500 HP (crank)
- Improved WHEEL HP numbers as a result of better internals
- Improved WHEEL TQ numbers atributed to new torque convertor
I'll report the shifting results and overall behavior once I'm on the road (next week)

Any contacts at Dr. Evil? I'd be willing to sign up for a testers discount

It can and its been proven since last year . So soon we're going to show numbers never before was possible on stock unit
Billy is the owner and the best to ask questions. Mention guys with AV6 sent you over, just tell him you have 5AT.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this upgrade and its significantly better comparing to stock autotragic as far as feel and handling. Since the stock ECU controls the shifting, it does pretty much in the same range, however it doesn't bog when you step on it and an instant downshift takes place, so no delays and that what I like best . Keep in mind I didn't floor the car yet due to break-in stage on the new block (~800 mi). Once I have more time and miles on it (April) I'll report the agressive driving results including manual shifting.
In addition, my dyno scheduled on April 16 to see the actual numbers and the response from tranny, however Dr. Evil stand by this product and advised me that tranny will receive consistant load or gradual increased load making it predictable, so the power is there all the time.
The LSD as I mentioned to others in PM here had some clunking noise (when you turn wheels) within first 100 mi and Dr. Evil said its a break-in stage. It's completely gone after 120 mi and keeps the car planted especially when leaving from the line and/or taking corners.
Finally, this upgrade designed for both types of drivers.
Those who keep the car stock and need predictable OEM replacement or true mod enthusiasts as myself who want to push the car hard and need reliable transmission to take the abuse .
Hope it helps.

This morning after talking to a main guy Billy, he confirmed AV6 and CL 3.0 tranny are different:
car..................part #
3.0 CL......... M7ZA
98-02 AV6...B7XA
Regardless, it should not affect the price and/or quality.

It may not be a direct bolt on for the 3.0, but one could simply replce the 3.0CL ecu with a honda accord V6 ecu and possibly a little wiring and it would work fine. Still $4000 is a bit much for a tranny. I think I'll be looking around first at some local tranny shops to see if I can get some reinforced stuff in there for cheaper.

I know that SD is working with a new supplier and their pricing is $2000...unfortunatley I paid more because of a different source
They did say that it would include the carbon/graphite clutches for that price(the clutches cost me $900 for the set)
