I have an 03 CL and my feeling on the tranny this far is just thats its just SO-SO. I have had no troubles yet and was just wondering if any 03's may have had their trannys go bad. IF so, is there a way to find out if I am a canidate for the extended tranny waranty? Mine is a very early 03.. And might driving the car a little harder than normal cause the problem to occur sooner?

yes . .the first few months of '03 production were included in the crap tranny extended warranty. Acura is claiming that the problem was resolved mid 03 model year and therefore is not offering warranty extensions to those after the production change. THough I have my doubts on that.
