Alright guys the time has come, transmission 3 is gone. At 41000 KMS!

Here is a brief list of all the problems I had.

- Transmission one done at 21859k
- New transmission was put in
- Same evening transmission explodes, and has to be towed to dealership
- Took someone else’s transmission that they were waiting to install and installed it in mine
- Secondary intakes malfunctioned had to be replaced
- Now at 41 000 transmission needs replacement, and extra transmission flush was done at 37000.
- At 20000- 30000 kms, Acura of North Toronto misproperly installed drain plug, loosened and spilt all on underside
- Battery constantly dieing
- Acura of North Toronto tried to “bribe” my one month customer survey and one year customer survey with a free oil change.

I am bringing in my car to acura woodbine, and I don't know what to do. If this car can't handle the automatic, I don't want to leave without a 6 spd. The car is one year old. Anybody know the laws in canada?

WTF god damn. Um I think it is time they gave you a new car. Fuck the laws. Acura needs to fix that shit for good.

I know man.. I know that lemon law applies in the U.S. and guys got a 6spd. This is essentially what needs to be done. I just don't know how it works here, haven't heard of such types of laws.

I don't know if this is true or not, but my Acura dealer told me that all the trannies are being rebuilt by a different place and the problems have all been fixed. The originaly builder of the trannies went bankrupt recently...wonder why?

Ya but chances are they also won't have any in stock. And my car has been at the dealer for very long periods. I am not accepting anymore

I think anyone who has had TWO trannies legitimately die on them (from wear-and-tear not from mechanic installation error) should automatically get a 6speed or their money back.

Acura of North Toronto mofo's I HATE when dealerships mention that and basically tell you that there is a quid pro quo. Ardmore Acura down here in the states does the same thing EVERYTIME. Lucky for me i just goto PAA
