Acura Client Services

ok...got my CLS like three weeks ago...I kinda felt like the tranny was acting up after a long trip to ATL the other day, it was slipping......anyways i called acura client services today, gave them my VIN number and whatnot....he said the tranny has been replaced..and he said once they have been replaced....they dont fix them again even though the warranty has been extended...i have a 2001 CLS with only 63k miles on it...is what he's telling me correct? cause i could have almost sworn there are some of you that are on your 2nd, 3rd of 4th trannys....all replaced by Acura? Help me out guys, thanks...

Your tranny is warranted up to 109.000 miles by Acura or American Honda Corp. Who ever you talked to must have not been with them or was lying. Simple as that.

yea, the excuse they gave me was that i must have spoken to someone that was "not as knowledgeable" about the warranties as compared to the second guy i spoke to...ridiculous if you ask me...

Now is the tranny warranted to 109k miles regardless if you have the extended warranty?
