Will my 275/35/18 fit my CL-S rear?

Been looking everywhere and haven't found any answer to this so I'm hoping you guys (the acura experts) have an idea. I have a set of 245/40/18 and 275/35/18 rims that I took off my mom's old 07 Acura TL that she doesn't have anymore. (now driving an 09 TL) What I want to know is if the 275 can fit my rear CL Type-S car.

It shouldn't be a problem for the front wheels since I know people who have fitted 235's and had no problems. I won't mind rolling the fenders at the back if its neccessary since I know the wheels are so wide but if you need alot of body work. I don't think its worth it.

EDIT: My 01 CL-S is stock height.

Fronts = 18x8.5
Rears = 18x9.5
+35mm Offset

So what are the chances of these actaully fitting and what would I have to do to make them fit? I'm going into a friends body shop and going to try and get him to fit them onto my car sometime today but I just want a heads up before I actually go with it.

i would say swap the front tires to the rear and get new tires for the front to fit these rims. 275's are way too big.

I think Ron was able to fit 255 on the rears but that was with a really high offset wheel. +35 is a little too low for a CL without crazily rolling your fenders. Maybe if you had like a +50 offset wheel then maybe it would work.

I don't know if its the same but I wanted to buy these 2009 18 inch TL rims for my 01 CL but the service guy at the dealership told me not to get 18 inch on the CL because they will eventually warp the rotors. He said people usually go on ahead and put 18s on there, not really caring about what happens, but they just wanna look good. But after a year, the car will experience problems. The question is, what kind of tires are they?

those rotors warp with the stock wheels, and 18" is not what would even remotely cause the rotors to warp, weight of the wheels is probably the point he is trying to make. THe stock 17" wheels weigh alot though, 24-25 lbs. Most 18" wheels weight that much.

Oh, and my wheels with the 255 are 8" wide and 48mm offset, any lower of an offset and it will rub.
