Well, I took the plunge...Springs and WHEELS are on the way!
Early bday present to myself, hopefully I'll get these in a few weeks:
Racing Hart J8's and Tein S-Tech's
Some Specs:
TEIN Springs -S.TECH
F/R: 0.7/0.6
Front: 245-35-19/
Back: 275-35-19
offset in the front are 26 on (19x9) & on the rear 19 (19x10)
&

Wanna know why your springs might be that ugly (in my opinion...) shade of green?
That is a Morton (then, and now, Rohm and Haas) powder coating, and its' common nickname is "rebar".
Take a look around the next time they build, or repair a concrete road. You'll see it.
The coating is designed to "flex", as different loads are placed on it.
It might not be pretty, but they can't really be seen, but it is an excellent application of the proper product to the job at hand.
I spec these powder coatings to job requirements.

I'm trying to get up the nerve to drop $2500 on some new Volks for my Z. I like these wheels synth, they look tight! Were they reasonably priced?

TEIN green is a classic color. Some of the appeal of Teins is their trademark color.

That's gonna look good man!! I too am going back and forth between getting 19's for my Z... I'm happy with the stock Ray's for now, but damn, 19's looks to nice..

I thought the exact same thing before I saw a Z with 19's! I mean one of the reasons I got the track was for the Rays! Well, at least I still have the brembo's.
