Hi guys, I'm getting some chrome rims from a friend. Right now it has 225/40/R18 Kumho supras. The rims are Alba 707s. I'm not a big chromed out fan but I figured it would look nicer than my stocks for the summer. Two of the wheels need tires. What tires you you guys suggest I get? I don't want to spend to much but I will for the quality. This one guy recommended Federal tires for 130$ canadian each. I also got a recommendation for Hankook at 169$ Canadian each. What do you guys think? Good size? Good tires? Any suggestions will help. Thanks a lot fellow acura dudes and dudetts!

Oy Not my taste. Have him look inside the wheel for the offset. It should look like +42 or something like that.

What car where they on before?

 

Forget the tires for a second. What is the offset for those wheels? What car are they coming off? The size for the tires is correct. Double check on the wheel.

And IMO, not the best wheel for the CL. The CL look a lot nicer with an open faced wheel. I'm not a fan, but hey, it's your money.

After much thought and positive critisizm, I am no longer getting these wheels .......LOL. I'm looking at some racing wheels. Hopefully some 18s, something nice. Looking into some pricing etc. right now. THANKS A MIL GUYS. Really appreciate it!
