Tire to run on 7.5" wheel?

So I'm starting to look for some new rubber for my shoes. Currently on RPF1's 18 x 7.5" and 215/45. Need some more traction as I am running 235/45/27 on the stock wheels. Looking at getting some Falken RT-615's but not sure what size will fit without issues. Currently dropped on Bilstein Sport with H&R Sport springs.

Would 245/40/18 work?

It should be fine, but for a 7.5" width, I'd probably stick with 235's.

correction...lol

235/40/18? btw, tire rack has a $80 rebate on the RT-615's if you buy 4. I think they are going to be discontinued soon..

Falken's FTW!

For a sec you scared me with 27's..Throw some D's on that.

If you order don't get the valve stems as I have a set brand new to save you some money. Also hit me up if you need them mounted and balanced. I have a friend that did mine free.

Valve stems I get for free at my old job. Mount and balance for free?? Can't beat that.

Yea, Id stick with the 235s on the 7.5" wheel.

BTW, if you need a spare RPF1 I have a black one I bought for test fitting but it didnt work. It 18x7.5, 48mm offset, brand new but has a scuff or two because tires were mounted by the PO, it was never driven on though.

Don't need a spare. Looking on picking up some 17" to mount some DR's for the strip though...
