Is there a problem?
Apparently, my two front tires are facing the wrong direction, i.e. the directional "arrows" on my tires are pointing towards the back of the car instead of the front. This probably occurred during my 60,000 mile service (smart Acura technicians!)
This is an easy fix, as all I have to do is rotate/switch the two front tires. However, just want to know if this is a huge issue. I don't think it is, as I've been riding with them like that for probably 10,000 miles at least.
Should I worry or not?

It could be a huge issue with wet traction as the tread is designed to push water away from the tire.
I'm surprised you didn't hear it. I did that with my Dunlops and I could tell immediately that they were on backwards.
