Well as the title says,

I have MOMO TUNER 18x8 +45, on my 01 CLS and was looking at the Tein Basic Coilovers.

Wondering if this will rub?

What kinda drop can i get?
Right now i have a four finger gap looks like a 4x4

Also what do you guys think of these coilovers?

ahhh forgot to mention the wheels are 235/40R18

i have that setup but with 225/40/18. only rubs at really steep angles.

 

If you run it down to 2 finger gap all around, you will rub only if you have people in the back of the car (or a lot of stuff in the trunk).

 

it wont i got 18s with the same tires it doesnt rub

 

I'd be a little skeptical with a 235 tire on that 18x8 w/45 offset wheel. I bet you rub when lowered at all.

 

very minor rub with -1.5 degree camber.
