Suspension problem

Recently I had to off-road my car in order to park at a music festival. It was some pretty shitty terrain and about a week after I noticed some squeaking to my suspension. I figured it was still my Tein's settling until last night on my way to work I hit a pot hole or something and jarred something loose. I creeped home after work because the sound was so awful everytime I hit a bump on the right. I took a look under the hood this morning and this is what I found....

Passenger side.

And the other side

Those were the stock "hats" on the Tein SS coilovers. Has this ever happened to anyone? And is there an easy fix to this like jacking it up and replacing the nut and washer?? or is there something deeper down thats missing? Thanks!!
