Hello everybody, I have a 2001 Acura, 3.2CL - Type S and I am having trouble with struts and/or shocks. I have been wondering if this type of car use only struts or/and shocks since I have been told that only use 4 struts. If so, what type of struts are the best to replace the ones I have?. I am new to how car really works, but never it is too late to learn.

Define best to replace the ones you have? What are you looking for?

Koni and Bilstein are the period. Are you planing to lower it? Track it? Drive like a grandma with it?

 

Our car has four springs over four struts, one set per corner.
