spring seats

I am installing H&R springs with kyb gr-2 struts. I read the DIY on the spring/strut installation and noticed I need to get a set. Can someone help me out and tell me where to get the compatible aluminum spring seats for the kyb's???

It only happens over bumps if I dont slow down too much. It sounds like metal contact

First off front or back or both? Did you remove your RSB bolt for more leeway? If its loose than it will make noise when going over bumps. i had that problem and replaced the bushings. They were too worn to tighten.

Its only the front drivers side shock. Which ones the RSB bolt?

I think I said passenger's side on the other post. I meant the driver's side

well, FYI rsb= rear sway bar. I know in the DIY right up. It suggests to remove the bolt so the sway bar can drop down, giving way for the shock to come out, but the problem is in the front.....

Are the shocks new? Is there alot of bounce in the front?

Make sure all bolts at the strut mount are tighten. Get someone to bounce the front of the car while u look underneeth. See exactly were its coming from.

I checked it out today and re-checked the tourque settings on the bolts. As I was loosening the 12mm bolt thats on the strut bar and it cracked instantly. I ordered a new top hat and it will be replaced. Il get back on this after replacement. Thanks for the help!
