i have the pro-kit on my '03 . it is said that you should replace both the shocks & springs together, but i only had a few thousand miles on my stock shocks, so i just left them on. i let the springs settle for about 2 weeks before i got an alignment and i didn't/don't need a camber kit. it is lower than i expected, but it is not slammed. it still looks classy. the ride is firmer/sportier, not as floaty as stock and you can be a lot more aggressive in corners. i have been riding on the pro-kit for about 7-8k miles.

I just got the pro kit installed about 2 weeks ago. It is actually lower than I hoped, probably around 2 inches, but def. not at all ghetto looking. I find the ride is noticeably harsher which I guess could be expected, but the handling is also noticeably improved. I have not gotten an alignment yet, but it looks as though I may need camber kit in the rear.

I have an 01 CLS with Pro Kit & Sway Kit installed. I did not need a camber kit and I had the camber checked about 2-3 weeks after spring install to allow for settling.

However - I do now need shocks and I've only had my springs installed about 6 months. But my stocks shocks are 5 years old now....
