Busted Shocks and Rim Fitment
Hey guys, I was wondering how would you know if you have a busted shock or not? I have a wierd bubble popping sound in my left front wheel area when I am driving throughout the city etc and there are times when my ride is very choppy. That occasionally happens (I am driving on the same road/freeway every day for work) and sometimes the ride is perfect except for that sound. I am using CT springs and Tokico ILLUMINA shocks. I've had them on for about 20,000 miles
Oh yeah, I am getting new rims for the car. I am planning on getting 18 X 7.5 with an offset of 45. I looked all over, but I get a few conflicting results. Should I get 225/40/18 or 235/40/18 with the same set-up that I have above? I am planning on getting Toyo Proxes 4 or the T1R
Thanks!
