Blown Struts?

What are the symptoms for blown struts? Within the last two weeks I noticed VERY bad responsiveness in the front end of the car. It feels like it's very light and unsteady, and when I sway the steering wheel from side to side quickly while going 40mph, there seems to be a delay in how long the wheels actually take to turn from side to side. Ride height when at a stop is still the same as it was before and I don't hear any noises coming from the suspension but I don't know what else it could be. Tires still have a little tread left but I did notice the inside of the tire is wearing faster than the outside of the tires. Any ideas? I have 110k on the OD, I have a 6spd.

Are you on stock suspension?
Either way with those miles, it wouldnt hurt to inspect the shocks. Just see if you can see if their leaking or something.
The uneven tire wear means you need an alignment. when is the last time you had one done?

Yeah still on stock suspension. I did plan on getting new shocks and springs soon but that's still about a month away. Last time I had an alignment was probably a while ago, can't really remember.
