Best Coilover Setup? Feedback Appreciated
I thought my mind was made up on getting the KSport Coilovers, but after civicdrvr's feedback I am a little worried. I'm not looking to spend over $1k on the coilover setup and obviously the cheaper the better as long as the ride quality can stay decent. My goals for the car are to maintain as close to stock quality ride while being able to adjust to aggressive drops for car shows, photoshoots, etc. and then still being to raise it up for winter and daily driving. I don't do alot of aggressive street driving and no track driving so handling isn't as big of a deal as comfort.
Here's the brands I have seen out there:
KSport
Omni
Tein
Zeal
F2
NEX
Any feedback on those or ones I may have missed is appreciated.

I've only used the nex but,the handling around conners is great compared to just using the eibach's springs and struts.
With the eibachs the cars rear would roll.
With the nex the car stays flat like I added front and rear sways.
This morning driving the wife to work there a street at the end of my road that goes to the right but its paved with the with a bend where there should be a sharp 90.
I came down the road at 35mph and did not let off the gas to see how the handling was and was totally impressed.
Might be because I got new tires too.
There was no out of control feeling body shifting, body roll, tire noise nothing. just full control.

Im alittle confused by your screen name. What is the meaning of it?
I only ask because Endless Performance is the US distributor for Zeal.

Its a name I've used for all forums I've joined for the past few years. I ran a motorcycle parts/accessories company called Endless Performance.

KSports are under $1k. If my inspection tomorrow shows that they are the issue then the quality definately shows in the price.
BTW, you wont find any coilovers aside from Tein Basics (which are worthless IMO) that ride anywhere near stock.

Tein SS-P is the best coilover you can buy on the market, but it's a $1200 setup, if you get the Tein SS's and reuse the stock top mounts, you can get them for around $800 or so, definitely within your price range, and the best coils money can buy, I've been through 5 suspension setups, and I'm set on my Tein SS-P's, the search is over Best riding coils I've found yet also.

but as far as those prices idk, your setup for your car is a lot more common out there, so easier to find at lower prices (cause aren't you a first gen CL btw, cause if so they are just a 94-97 accord which has a lot more support out there (and anyways they should also fit 90-93 accords also, since the 5th gens are just slightly different springs and valved a little different)
