18x8 +45 on a CL type S??

Hello to all,
I am looking to update the wheels on my Cl, and was wondering if the following Wheel/Tire combination will work?
The wheels are 18x8 +45 with a 225/40/18 tire. The car is lowered on Tein S-tech springs.
Will I have to modify anything to make this combo work (fender rolling, camber, ex...)? I have searched on this forum and Google, but can't seem to get a definite answer.
Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Might work with the 225/40/18, but it shouldn't be a big deal. Thats as low an offset you can go without rolling.

BTW, Lipstuh, your link is broke, can't believe those offsets, lol.

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on your drop, & car. I know they rubbed on my car front & rear on bumps & dips or weight in my car with 235-40-18 tires.(correct size to use BTW)

I have 19x8.5 with a +40 offset and 225/35 tires (BFG which DEF run wider than alot of other tires) and I have NEVER rubbed with a H&R sport drop, even with people in the back seat and a smallish sub system.

My fenders arent rolled either.

I do not know. But before I can answer your question in a timely fassion, I would need to know certain things. Such as:

Are you lowered?
If so, how much are you rated at?
How long have you had your current set up? (over time, springs and struts will settle down)
Do you have a cl-s or cl-p? (an oem weight dif)
What mods have you done?
Have you done any weight reduction?
How much gas will be in your car?
Are you out of alignment?
Is your toe properly configured?
Is your camber properly set up?
And the caster?
What is the offset of the new wheels?
So you have spacers on your wheels?
What psi will your new tires be inflated at?
Do you have any body damage to the fenders; are they pushed in at all?
Are you fat?
Or skinny?
What color is your car?
Will you be riding with passangers?
Will you have a picnic one day, and have a trunk full of grill and or cooler?
With maybe Zima?
Will it be summer?
Or winter?
How much to these Konigs weigh?
What brand tire, again?
What is the tread depth?
are the tires new?
Or used?
Are the wheels new?
Or used?
If used, are they bent?
Do you have a bbk?
If not, will you be applying a BBK?
Is your fender lining hanging down?
Is fender lining bolted up?
Is the A/C running?
Is your fridge running?

You see copz, there is much to be played into here; to just simply answer your question.
