Water in headlight

Water in headlight
I have water in one of my headlights, causing the headlight to work only intermittently. My dealer says that the whole thing has to be replaced because he can't get the water out. That's about a $700 job, which I can't afford right now.
Anyone have any thoughts on what I can do, besides just drive in the daytime?
