Upholstery repair!!!

Hi, I have a 2001 CL 132k on it. I tried to put a wood board into rear seat and it damaged the armrest on the driver's side. The leather cover was pushed and teared eventually. I would like to repair it or at least put something on there, so the damaged part can be covered. Here is the picture. Please help me.

Look up "upholstery" repair in your area. Or, look up "vinyl interior" repair. That can be repaired, but it'll never be 100%.

Honestly, the best way to fix this is going to just replace the panel. Princleybug is right it will never be the same if you get it fixed.

I ended tried tracking down a back seat panel on here, but no go. However I was able to get a mint one from the Honda/Acura wreckers in town here for $35.00.

You should be able to get a used one for under $50.00. It will be cheaper than getting repaired and look better than putting a classy "Tapout" or similar decal over it.

go to a local dealership and ask them for "interior reconditioning" guy's number. this looks like a very easy repair for them and can be done with in minutes. no need to replace anything. it will not be 100% perfect, but nobody else would ever know (given the guy does good work). What he'll do is stitch it up, then fill up the crack with leather filler, and then dye it.
